Fantastic location and scenery, quick to get to bar harbor and acardia. Beautiful sunrise location. Also nearby a nature boat cruise you can book seperately.

We were really excited about staying at this hotel. It’s located right next to CAT ferry. Also we were excited to learn that our room was on the ocean side of the hotel, and we were looking forward to enjoying the location and outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit disappointing. Our room was located right next to the cleaning-supply area, which was used frequently throughout our stay. Staff also spent time near the room, making the area feel busy and making it difficult to fully enjoy the outside seating area. Breakfast was okay, with the usual options such as bacon, eggs, roasted potatoes, cereal, yogurt, and coffee. The breakfast area had a very nice view, and we appreciated that the staff was friendly and kept the area clean. Our stay was just okay. The friendly staff and nice breakfast view were positives, but given the location of our room and the rate we paid, we did not feel the experience was worth the price.

View of Harbor was absolutely stunning. Thank you for putting us in such a lovely room Elevator carpet could have used some cleaning. However, this was a minimal compared to the wonderful experience we had at the hotel

Very nice hotel! My only complaint would be that our room was, although facing the water, ground level. Sunk into the ground on the backside. I would’ve liked to have known that before I got that room. The breakfast was predictable, but dinner in their bistro was surprisingly good! I would consider going back.

Great location. Helpful staff. Good cleaning service. The views are amazing. They have a private dock where a nature tour boat parks. Easy access and slightly discounted ticket prices for the nature tour of Frenchman Bay. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. Solid breakfast quality, great coffee.
