Springhill Suites By Marriott Baton Rouge South

Clean room comfortable bed but the A/C made a strange noise.

The property was one one the cleanest we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. Our room was a cut above in space, cleanliness, with typical amenities - refrigerator and coffee maker with supplies. The bathroom was larger than most and the best part is my wife even said the bed slept wonderfully and it was probably the best bed/mattress that we've used. Check out was a breeze. If all Springhill's are this nice and professional we will have found our new standard for the future.

Bed

Exceptional

We were there for one night, but the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. We had a good breakfast and the room was nice and cold which I very much appreciate! I highly recommend staying here if you are needing a place for a night or two!!

Cleanliness, location and breakfast One of my rooms could have been a little cooler

Very clean Workers were courteous

Exceptional

No pool

The cleanness and the area very quiet and safe, my kids and I were very pleasant to stay at this hotel. The breakfast was so great many variety. Another thing also the fact that there is ice machine on the hallway. We will definitely come back again. The trash bag and some of the outlets on the nightstand are not working.

The fire alarm went off prior to us arriving, resulting in the elevator not working. We had to carry our bags up three floors. The issue was later resolve, but it was very frustrating.

No, everything was great

Exceptional

The Staff was wonderful and friendly. Clean , easy check in / out very convenient front desk to room . Everything was great ! It was hot in the room but its Louisiana and temperature was 101 @ 5pm outside . So not really hotels fault.

Extremely rude staff.

Moved to a different room after toilet malfunction, it was not clean!. Low water pressure! Checked out 2 days early and did not receive a refund of remaining days. I will never book here again. Desk staff was not very friendly

I was given a room that already had a guest in it.

Very nice clean stay for baton rouge! Very accommodating staff.

Hotel is getting a little run down

The room layout was very modern. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable
