It’s generally a good choice

Good location, nice and quiet around, right in the middle of Bellevue. Facilities are ok in general, good value for money overall. There wasn’t proper breakfast, they should advertise it as “snack bar”.

1. Floor was dirty ( foot became black after walking bare foot on floor ) 2. Remote was missing 3. Smoke sensor was missing 4. There was a smell of humidity in room 5. I stayed 5 days but no house keeping was provided.

After a small hiccup, a check-in, everything else was wonderful. The room was superbly clean.

location Office, stairwell, room smelled smoky. Not sure if the bed linen was clean as wrinkled like had been used. Walls were thin so heard the neighbors talking and plumbing a lot. The “provided” kitchen supplies such as a coffee maker and utensils were on a check out basis from the office, but I got to the hotel late and was tired and so didn’t want to walk back tot he office to get them.

Room and surrounding areas weren't super clean. Some wrappers left around the room. Still stay here regularly but price does match quality.

the curtains are broken, when I raised this to front desk. the man told me wait till next day to call to ask maintenance team come to fix. there is no other room can switch. I stayed here without privacy. anyone from outside can see inside.

Location No room service. Had to get everything from the front desk ourselves.

Floors were filthy

1)Door lock didn't work to open the room 2)Toilet was blocked, did not function 3)No telephone line connected to phone 4)Shower didn't work, no water flow. Tap broken Bath part trickle was cold. 5) The laundry, machines were filthy, had not beed cleaned.

Beds were comfortable but thin blanket. No apparent upkeep on floors or doors. Doors showed wear but worked fine. There were no glasses, plastic or glass, to drink from. The light above the burners had no off/on switch and stayed on all night.

The location worked well for us. I also liked the desk and the two office chairs. My mom and I both work from home so we needed space for that. The kitchen was also good because we stayed for a week. There is basically no staff. It was very hard to speak to a front desk person because nobody was ever at the desk. The supplies for the kitchen aren’t great. You have to request kitchen utensils at the front desk. We mostly brought our own because I had read about this in reviews.
