Clean and spacious rooms! Staff were very friendly! Continental breakfast was good! The surrounding area was calm and quiet! Parking was easy and quick!

We had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Nellie went above and beyond to get us what we needed. She was great along with the rest of the staff. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful stay we had.

Amazing setting, wonderfully furnished and clean studio unit, and incredibly well maintained property. My new favorite place to stay in the Seattle Bellevue area. One downside is it is not easy to navigate sidewalks and stairs with heavy luggage. Doable but not easy. The buildings do not have elevators to the second floor.

This was my fourth time staying in this hotel. I usually come here when I want to take a little staycation. I like how quiet and safe the area the hotel is located in is. Love the free full breakfast. Also like how the hotel provides free waters, snacks and complimentary cookies! The rooms are usually clean (once had a room with a stain on the floor and a stain on the couch bed) and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen is great. The hotel is close to stores and lots of restaurants. 15-20 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive. Additionally, the property is pet friendly! They even provide treats for your dog in the lobby. As mentioned above, I’ve had a room with a stain on the floor and on a couch bed. My last stay was honestly my least positive experience. The room next to mine was full of loud people, which upset my dog. They were noisy all the way to 2am. I hoped the hotel would notice and would tell them to keep it down but they didn’t. I definitely recommend they have a security guard patrolling the premises if they don’t already. The TVs have streaming apps on them which is great. Only problem is the signal in my room was not good so my shows would constantly freeze. First time I ever experienced this. Maybe it’s because I was on the bottom floor. I recommend asking to be put on the top floor. Not only because of the signal but also because you can hear people walking above you. Also, when checking in, the receptionist kind of rushed through explaining stuff (spoke so fast I couldn’t understand part of what they said).

They don't check the rooms for cleaning. You have to stay at least a week to have a full service. I reminded for fresh towels all the time. Even i've asked for the clean towels, they did not change them.

The next day, they did bring us a fresh blanket, and our bed was made properly this time, which I appreciated. But honestly, those are basic things that should have been taken care of before we ever checked into the room. I understand that issues happen, and I appreciate that they corrected some things the following day, but not having clean, appropriate bedding available for my child on our first night was unacceptable and really affected my overall experience.

The breakfast was good with a variety of choices and both healthy and unique foods. The room was clean. The front desk gentleman at check in was THE BEST. He is the reason I didn't give a worse rating.

Installation where nice and spacious. Very clean rooms. The property overall was clean. Breakfast was good. When we got there we received complimentary goody bags which was very nice. They also have complimentary water bottles, coffee, tea and fruit at all times. Staff is helpful always received us with a smile. It truly feels like you are at home. I give this place 1000/10.

Cute cottage-like atmosphere tucked in the trees. Lots of places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Spacious studio unit. We would stay again.
