Helpful and pleasant staff

We had a nice time at the bar watching a football game and found it quite comfortable. The gym/fitness room was very well equipped and clean. We would have enjoyed more access to water and ice. We had a lengthy journey for a water fill and ice machine did not work on 4th floor. The lobby water was empty each time I was there. Also, there is a sidewalk that doesn’t show elevation change on one side which can be very tricky as you exit the lobby on south side. One side is flush with sidewalk and the other side has step and all the same color. I did fall onto the sidewalk when leaving but fortunately only have a skinned knee.

Room was clean, beautiful hotel. I would definitely come here again.

Great stay. So convenient for shops, food, and everything downtown Bellevue has to offer. Hot tub and pool are great with a terrace with a view. Parking was also easy, and self-park was free Friday & Saturday. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel, amazing room, A+ balcony with lots of space. A+ all around.

We chose this hotel for our wedding weekend, hoping for a special experience, but it was completely underwhelming from start to finish. The poor service began weeks before we even arrived. I messaged the hotel weeks ahead to let them know we were staying for our rehearsal dinner and wedding nights, hoping to secure an early check-in. They never responded. The morning of our arrival, I called to confirm. I was met with a super rude front desk agent named Jamie, who showed zero excitement or hospitality, which completely put a damper on the start of our wedding festivities. I actually had to call back a second time later and specifically ask to speak with someone else. While the rest of the front desk staff weren't outright rude, they were completely uninterested in helping or going above and beyond for a couple on their wedding weekend. The only highlight of the entire stay was the valet team. The valet guys were wonderful, helpful, and incredibly kind both when we checked in and when we checked out. They were the only ones who showed any true hospitality. As for the accommodation, the room felt completely corporate and clinical, offering nothing special. With so many other hotel options in the area, I would not stay here again—the lack of care from the staff completely ruined the experience.

Cons: should be more specific with advertising: when you pay for a view, expect to see just rooftops of building. When it stated view we were expecting town or a lake or something but no it was overlooking rooftop units of commercial hvac of nearby buildings . Phone in room was so hard to use. Other than that it was a great stay.

Everyone was super helpful and kind and the hotel had great ambiance!

The room, it was clean and comfortable The pillows; they were horrible. I actually woke up with a headache. If they could upgrade to good pillows, that would be great.

The room was disappointing for a Westin. The bathroom doesn't ventilate at all, so shower steam just sits there, and there was a mold smell that got worse every time someone showered. One bed had a torn sheet, a USB outlet in the nightstand was popped out, and we were on the 5th floor next to the elevators so we heard every ding plus a surprising amount of road noise. The pool is actually nice, but the water was too cold, the hot tub was way too hot and the jets were broken. There's also only one shower in the locker room, which backs up fast on a weekend full of families. Heads up that the lobby bar is closed for renovation. The temporary bar is in a second floor conference room shared with the breakfast setup. They have liquor but soda or ice are the only mixers and there are no garnishes, so they can't make even an old fashioned. Fine as a stopgap but know that going in if the bar matters to you.

The Westin has been great in the past, however this time was very disappointed. The room was incredibly dirty, the washroom had black hair dye(we think) all over the tub, the toilet also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. It was truly disgusting, well trying to contact front desk nobody was available. The beds were also terrible, so lumpy and uncomfy. Additionally, when we went down around 2 am the lobby was under full construction and there was nobody available at front desk. One representative finally became available, we asked for water bottles but they had run out! Said to come back in the morning. For paying $500 a night this was very disappointing and would definitely not come back. The only good part about this hotel was the location.

Location! Room shower had long hairs on the wall and there was a dirty sock under the sofa. Makes you think just how clean the room really is!
-
Rooms were nice, breakfast was great and staff friendly.
-
The rooms were nice. Location is in the heart of the shopping district. Finding car parking was difficult on Friday and Saturday given that the garage is open to the public. The trade-off is that there are no overnight parking fees charged on Friday and Saturday.

Clean. Great location!

Great stay. Walls are maybe a little thin from a noise standpoint but not awful. Comfortable bed and clean room. Pool is large enough to swim laps, nice workout area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Will stay there again.
