I din't like the shower in the middle of the bedroom. The shower had no hand bars. The shower was unuable for my wife, who has mobility issues.

Great hotel

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. I stayed for a self-care staycation and they truly took care of me. Location was close to all the restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, the park, and shopping. My time at the W Hotel was excellent.

We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was not very good, but the cafe has great items.

We splurged on the W for a weekend stay with out two teen kids. The room decor is ridiculous. The way the room and shower are set up makes it so that if one person is in the shower, no one else can have a mirror or a sink.

The room was immaculate and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free weekend parking and enjoyed the Living Room lounge in the hotel.

Fantastic staff and wonderful location. Highly recommend if your visiting Bellevue to stay here.

I’m 71 years old and I had booked and paid for two rooms for four of us and we tried to go for a cocktail in your lounge and we were denied access by the doorman because he wouldn’t accept our BC government drivers license as proof that we were over the age of 21. We were all very embarrassed by our treatment and other than two upcoming prepaid reservations that I’m not able to cancel, I’m not planning to stay at your property in Bellevue again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Jordan was at the front desk and gave us wonderful customer service and delivered a bottle of champagne and chocolates to our room for my husband and my anniversary with two very thoughtful hand written cards. My husband and I will definitely be back.

The location was convenient and the room was clean. I couldn’t order in room service from the civility and unrest menu

the view was spectacular once i switched rooms and got a view of the lake, mountains and seattle, The other side is very underwhelming and i would have been very disappointed had I not been able to switch rooms. Room service and engineering staff were top notch. Big shout out to Lieng in engineering! and thanks to Bea or B who helped me switched rooms. also It's ridiculous to pay $450 a night for a room and be charged for internet. the storage needs to be overhauled as there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes. so it's basically useless except for luggage storage.
