Clean; nice , great staff Liked everything

Hotel was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was good In room the couch was like a rock and the mattress was uncomfortable.

This facility was very over priced compared to the quality of other Hotels. It appeared to be a new facility but was very cheaply made. The construction and finish work was not very impressive and very over priced based on quality of the Hotel. I would not recommend and will not stay at another Home 2 Hilton again.

This is our second time staying at this location, the staff is always polite and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always a hit with the kids and the pool!!

Very unfriendly staff—very bad check in

Actually thought I had booked 1 night, so when we went to check out, your staff quickly let us know that we had booked 2 nights. So, we got to stay another night. Nothing

The overall stay was excellent as always, but we did have one issue. The room TV did not work. When we told the front desk a few minutes after checking in the response was that they would schedule a service technician to come out first thing in the morning. When we asked if we could get another room we got told no because the rooms were all sold out. Then when the service technician came out the next morning he was not able to fix the problem, so the front desk did give us another room. I doubt a new room opened up that early in the morning before check out time. We should have been given the other room the night before when we requested it. Other than that, the stay was excellent with no issues. Overall it was good.

Very good

After a hot and long day of mountain biking the trails, the kiddos were looking forward to the hotel. Staff was awesome at check-in! Room was clean and always the same layout for home2suites. We only stay at home2suites and my kiddos knew exactly where everything was inside our room. Lots of other bikers stayed here. Convenient to bring our mtn bikes into our rooms.

Clean hotel. Rooms were nice and cool and without any weird smells. Convenient location. Free parking. Complimentary breakfast.

Exceptional

The lobby was well-kept, clean, and featured stylish, modern furniture. The room itself was spotless and spacious, and I appreciated the conveniently placed power outlets throughout the space. My only minor issue was during check-in; the staff member did not provide directions to my room, so I had to figure it out on my own and ask for guidance
