Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Very good

Location is good. Hotel is starting to show wear and tear. Not happy with hotel wanting fees for rooms on same floor.

Unfortunately my experience was poor. My reservation was changed at check in and I was assured I would be able to stay in the same room for two nights but was contacted by a supervisor that they were waiting for me to check out and check back in hours later. I had to travel back to the hotel mid day to check back into the same room. No housekeeping was provided and when I called down to get a towel and coffee I was told curtly that if I wanted something I had to go to the front desk to retrieve it. My shower was broken and had to have maintenance fix it. When I called to file a complaint the hotel refused to discount my stay, even though staff told me my situation was documented and by contacting Expedia I would be able to get a discount on my stay. If I could give less than one star I would. Thankfully customer service through Expedia was kind and helpful.

The room was to be non-smoking and it smelt terribly like smoke. How far the pool was from the North Tower.

The bathtub was curved at the bottom

the room smelled of cigarette smoke and when I called down to the staff, they told me they would bring up a machine to help, this never happened.

Great hotel with casino! Super clean. Wish there was a hot tub-just one negative.

When I first walked into the hotel it smelled so good and everything was so clean Loosening money at the casino

Location Guests were very loud. I got woken up multiple times in the night from people yelling and talking in the hallway at 1:00am.

The staff at the front desk were very rude, did not want to be there. I will never go back..

Unclean room as soon as we walked in we had a strong smell of urine walking through the door, there was somebody’s hair all over the floor and sink. Stains on the floor and side of bed marks on the chairs from somebody’s dirty hands, will NOT be staying here again.

Casino was nice and parking was close :)

I LOVED the river waterfront directly across the street from the venue. At the end of the hall where my room was. They had benches to sit on and watch out massive windows of the river activity. I watched 2 different old 2 level riverboats go by in the evening hours. It was an incredible view. The I-74 bridge lit up bridge arches belong on a magazine cover. The free parking was an added bonus along with the sky walks that connected the parking ramps to 2 different sections of the building. I was attending a business conference, the campus of meeting rooms seemed located so far from our group's rooms. You needed to leave your room no later then 20 minutes before your seminar began. If you didn't then you more than likely missed the beginning of it unless you starting running part of the way.

The hotel room was clean and very quiet.

Would be nice if breakfast was included considering you’re a casino Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable

You need better dining options. Not upscale but different options.

Pretty decent prices Bathroom vent did not work. Musty spell and someone was smoking marijuana on our floor
