Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff and the restaurant, the Yard, was fantastic with delicious food.

The hotel was good but my flight for gonna be from staying for two nights I only stayed one. The hotel refused to credit me for though one night and the cancellation was beyond my control. My husband and I stayed here for his 40th birthday. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Our room was absolutely immaculate. The room service breakfast was really good. The valet parking was very convenient for us. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations.

We were lucky to have found a great rate because typical rate is slightly outside what I would want to expense for business. Having stayed at many Birmingham hotels in the area, the Elyton is the class of the bunch. Older buildings are rare to find in such excellent shape and the property feels more restored than renovated. The location is in the heart of all our favorite restaurants/bars. Rooftop deck is best in town. Service was very good. Coming back for our anniversary.

The bed was comfy They sold away my room and did not have a room available for me when I arrived. THis was an inconvience because I traveld from out of town and I prepaid for the room.

Excellent downtown location with great valet service. We were there one night but the room had a very modern look and was very close to the areas we went, which made our trip very efficient.

The hotel was beautiful overall, the staff was very nice an accommodating. We had to move rooms 3 times. First room has issues with the AC. Second room had mold growing on the drywall above the shower. Third room was great, but was very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff to 3 different rooms. The area was not great, lots of homeless in the area. Not the safest for walking around. Valet was very expensive and there was really no other option for parking.

Never ate brfeakfast. It was expensive and the staff were not very helpful. staff was not attentive and it was difficult to tell how you got any service

Nice place

It was very unique. The staff at the Moonshine Bar wouldn’t tell you the price on the drinks before you were charged, they also will allow others to charge and close out your tabs, they were not prepared for the volume of people with adequate supplies like alcohol or food. The housekeepers would come knock on your door an hour and a half before checkout time and then come every 30 minutes after you have told them that you would be checking out by 11:00 a.m which was the checkout time. The AC in the room would not keep the room cool at night.

Friendly staff but to be honest we arrived late after 10:30 and left at 6:30am so that’s all we had chance to experience !! But great welcome and very comfortably rooms Didn’t get the chance to explore it unfortunately!
