breakfast had a variety from fruits, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs to bread and pastry, clean carpets the location is on a major road/thruway that is extremely noisy at night!

The room was well suited to a short stay with a very comfortable bed. The fitness center was clean and spacious. The shower was very good. The complimentary breakfast was better than average. We avoided the expensive valet charge by making use of free street parking on weekends & after 6 pm - we were able to park on the same block. It’s hard to avoid driving in Birmingham but most sites were within ten minutes. The staff were helpful. Checkout time was ample. The hotel feels a little dated with windowless meeting rooms on the same floor as guest rooms. The drinking fountains’ water had the flavor of old plumbing.

I liked how clean the room and the overall hotel was. I liked the location. It was less than 10 mins away from the training I had to attend. I also liked that there was a cafeteria and other restaurants in walking distance. I did not like that parking was $40 a night. That should be included with the price of the hotel. I did not like that I could not find an outlet near the bed. I had to call the front desk who sent someone from housekeeping to help find an outlet. They pulled out an outlet that was shoved behind the bed. (I have a photo of this if needed) I needed to use the outlet for my CPAP machine. The breakfast was not good. The waffle makers did not work properly. The timer did not start when I made my first waffle. I used the other one because I witnessed the timer working. But when I used it, that timer didn't work either. I had to guess if my waffles were ready. They tasted bitter. Also, the bacon was not good at all either. The apple juice was too watered down.

Really nice gym Valet parking They didn’t tell me they only clean the room every other day. Noise from street and on 3rd floor sound of weights dropping on floor, early in the morning. I would try somewhere else.

Great location if you want to walk and do touristy/history things in downtown Birmingham. Proximity to airport. Great, resourceful staff. Highly recommend.

We were given a room that was already occupied. We also woke up to ants covering our luggage.

Everything was super clean! Perfect room size!

The staff was awesome. Tramya went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The valet were very friendly and professional too. I will definitely go back to stay.
