Requested fresh towels slow deliver second day

The eggs ans saudage. I did not have waffles but others seem to like them. The juice ma hime was out of order. Not much for fresh fruit. I would have personally preferred bacon.

This property needs to be refreshed top to bottom.

In poor shape at the moment but there are some renovations in progress.

It was convenient and a good location. Nice room. Pool could have been better. No real complaints.

Exceptional

Outside looked decent which was very misleading Looked very outdated inside. Had a bad smell throughout from halls to elevator to room. Was very unclean. Squeaky run down elevator was almost scary. My room was not clean. Dirty towel hanging in bathroom folded like it was clean. Pubic and head hair and actual dirt in shower visibly not cleaned. Pretty sure sheets were dirty too from smell but bed made to appear linens were replaced. Needs to town down and rebuilt and all new staff hired. Front desk staff met me at the desk with “ they still booking these rooms knowing they ain’t supposed to be “ made me wonder later if they have a bed bug issue. She wouldn’t say what she meant when I asked her ?

The staff was pretty nice. My room was changed 4 times. After being told that there was no other available room for me.

Signs say “construction” but looks bad. Half the chairs were missing at breakfast and tvs gone. Drink machine broken. Not much breakfast. No fruit except a couple of apples. Hook in bathroom falling off the wall. Got batteries to fix air unit flashing. Beds and bathroom good. Sliding doors to enter Barkley open. We’ve stayed there many times because it was close to a wedding. Key had to be re programmed wouldn’t open. Staff friendly

Friendly desk clerk! A/C didn’t work well so the room was warm.

Loved having coffee in the lobby 24/7, and anytime waffles are included on the breakfast buffet is a good time. This hotel is being remodeled- and Hilton needs better contractors. Beds, showers, location, and furniture were all excellent, but the repairs/remodeles including wallpaper and reconditioned tubs, was shoddy. NO complaints with staff- they were all excellent.

Rooms were very clean even though the hotel was undergoing some remodeling. Staff was very friendly

At breakfast the juice machine was out of order and the pitcher of milk was empty. I ate breakfast with nothing to drink, but I understand that they are under going a remolding project . Very nice staff though.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. A+ for customer service. Room was clean but not super clean. Hotel was going thru renovations. Hopefully it will get a good deep clean and refresh. It needed an update. Some of the appliances did not work for the breakfast.

Quite, interesting experience.

Renovations were taking place at the time of my stay. This should have been noted on the web. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was in a bag due to lobby being remolded. Will stay again, after renovations have been completed.

Location was close to The Summit. Staff who checked me in was pleasant. This hotel room was unclean upon check in: mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dusty headboard, fingernail clippings on the carpet, and hair in the bathtub. Most shocking were the ants that covered the inside and outside of my empty water bottle when I woke up the next morning. The afternoon staff couldn’t bother to get off her phone long enough to help me with a need and I did not feel comfortable bringing my concerns about cleanliness to her. I checked out after the first night—-two days early—even though I could not get a refund. I’d rather cut my losses than stay in a dirty hotel.

No fruit for breakfast, they ran out of large towels, and fitness room had no water.

Our friends also stayed there and had to change rooms 2x times due to plumbing issues. The next morning they had to shut down the Free Breakfast due to plumbing problems. They ordered coffee and waffles. I could tell the staff was frustrated. The woman at the desk had a bad attitude when we mentioned did they offer any food vouchers since the free breakfast wasn't offered. She gave me the Hilton toll free number to offer my feedback. something is happening to Hilton/Hampton Inns. they used to be good.
