The housekeeping care was lacking. Toilet paper not replaced bathtub faucet dripping took all day to repair and coffee bar replacements were not replaced leaving no coffee or cups. Hotel aesthetic was beautiful!

The breakfast was good. The hotel was overall very clean. Smelled very nice in all areas. My only feedback would be the back of the hotel. It looks a little dingy on the outside. The doors are a little bit loose the handles coming into the door and it smells really bad like garbage and garbage was overflowing. I know it was a busy weekend, but it just was not very attractive..

This hotel was absolutely beautiful but it was a little dirty overall. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also had to move rooms because the AC unit was so loud and creaky. My daughter absolutely loved feeding the koi fish. Again, beautiful hotel and great staff, but the grounds and hotel itself needed more attention from a cleanliness standpoint.

Great location, close to everything we needed! Staff is so friendly. Made to order breakfast is awesome. Feeding the koi fish was an added bonus at cocktail hour.
