Cleaning! Staff very nice

We were welcomed by wonderful staff. The check in process was super simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check out process was also easy and we hope to stay there again should we ever need a place in the area.

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness! I needed to be away from elevators and top floor to sleep. . But the hotel seemed pretty booked .

No charger and wanted me to pay $50 at 2:00 so waited till 3-this was the only hotel we stopped at early that wanted extra $

The heated pool and spa area Housekeeping didn’t come the next day as told we needed more towels

Room was very spacious and clean. Came with the grandchildren and they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable beds and good breakfast

Staff very friendly and helpful.

When I got there last night, it was kind of dark around the building. The awning in front of the building did not have its lights on., so we're the lights in the swimming pool area. It was a little dark. The staff was very friendly though. And I did mention to her about the lights not being on outside. She didn't say anything just smiled.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The entire staff was amazing

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Seemed clean in most areas that were easily accessible from day to day cleaning. AC worked well and cold. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always great and ready earlier than scheduled. Property did lack maintenance and had several upkeep issues. Examples; outlets not working, outlets falling out of wall, multiple amenities dispensers coming out of the wall, mold in caulking, staining in toilet, painting coming off walls, iron didn't work, nor did the replacement.

Clean and comfortable

Love the rooms. Love the hot tub!

Didn’t get up earlier enough for breakfast, but the overall stay was good. Everything that I may have needed wasn’t hard to find.

The staff was friendly, our room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was free
