Quality Inn & Suites Birmingham - Highway 280

Not much The room smelled musty and the pillow cases were either dirty or had stains on them.

It was quite Expected more

Good

The room and common areas were very clean and the night front desk guy was very friendly and welcoming

The only good thing about the property was the location. The property needs to updated ! All of the lamps and furniture seemed to be old and losing its varnish or finish , the floor felt wet we didn’t know if it was or it if was just cold. The bed slept well and our air worked well but the price for this room should have been around 130 a night and we paid 230 or so a night . A friend of mine paid over 300 a night. When we first arrived they put us in a room that smelt like someone had just gotten through smoking a blunt full of dank weed and left the roach in the room. The girl at the front counter was nice and tried to accommodate us as best she could and thankfully had a room that didn’t smell like that but still had an odor! They really need to remodel the hotel and give everyone what they are paying for and not rip the public off !

Refrigerator froze our food but everything else law was fantastic

They have bedbugs

The staff were great and friendly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were especially Andrew.

Directions to motel. No street numbers to go by just hwy 280.

The hotel smells like an old dirty house. It stinks and the pillows and blankets are rough. Not very clean.

Very disappointing!

Nice for the money

The hotel itself was okay. Although the rooms had a strange smell. The elevators smelled like marijuana and the room had roaches in them. The room drawers inside were stained and dirty. The lamps in the room had a brown stain on it looks like cigarette stains. I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Exceptional

Exceptional

The breakfast bar was always clean and well - stocked there was fresh fruit daily Staff nice polite I have a great stay

Absolutely noting The fact that I was not informed about the $100 deposit when I did the booking online. Even though I paid the $100 deposit I still didn't get my refund more than four weeks. I call twice and they keep telling me is processing. My worst experience ever.

The front desk staff asking to dry your feet after exiting pool to reentering the hallway, refusing clean towels & the stinky smell when entering our room.

Staff were very friendly.

I always stay here when I come to Hoover. I always enjoy my stay
