Great room, great breakfast

The jacuzzi is great. Room space is good.

The place is just great for a stay in Boise. Just one thing what I always say. Why can't not just a handy man/ caretaker or however you want to call the guy go once in a while through the empty rooms and repair the broken things. In my rooms it is always at least a broken cabinet door.

Good location, close to the restaurants and the highway! It was clean, very spacious and quiet, even though you could hear the airplanes from the nearby airport. The breakfast was exceptional! To have to pay $75 for 1 night for our dog is ridiculous!!

The breakfast service was exceptional! Everything that I did not know that I wanted. there were no problems.

Traveling alone my first priority is to feel safe when I lay my head down for the night. This hotel provided that comfort and safe environment. The room was large, bed comfy and breakfast buffet had a bounty of items to select from. My favorite part of my stay at the hotel was helping to put together a puzzle meant for anyone to participate in. 1000 pieces, three days for me to see the progress we had made with it. I enjoyed the community effort to see the project to completion. Strangers, yet not. Thank you Hilton for providing a friendly atmosphere of connecting.

Room was nice - could have been a little cleaner but was very comfortable, it’s so nice to have 24 hr access to the hot tub and pool and breakfast was delicious! Staff was incredibly friendly!!

Breakfast was decent. Nothing to not like suite was roomy and clean.

Kitchenettes are nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable And some staff were very helpful. Pool and Gym were well kept and offered good hours. There was one housekeeping manager that was helpful. Some of the front desk staff were rude and not very helpful. The front desk told us they make up rooms every other day, and when we call on our third day to see what time the room would be made up they said we needed to set an appointment if we wanted to have make up service. After addressing this, another front desk person told us our room would be made up, yet that never happened. We had to empty our garbage and restock the supplies every day. We were also told by the front desk to bring our trash to the front desk and handed trash bags.

The rooms were clean, the property is beautiful. I was disappointed with how subpar the shower and the water pressure was. Also the fan in our room was a little broken so it made a constant sound the whole time it was on. We had to leave the fan on 24/7 because the AC in the rooms only go down to 68 degrees and it is motion sensored so if you are NOT in the room or if you are asleep it does not turn on which is very frustrating

The hotel was very nice and everyone there was very helpful. The hotel was located in a great location to go to different parts of Boise.

Great option for the area. Food and shopping close by yet very peaceful. 24 hr pool/hot tub. Definitely recommend

We loved all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
