Oxford Suites has never disappointed me.

I don’t know if the issue stems from the hotel or Expedia, when i booked through Expedia my bill said it would be like $380 something and the bill came to $580 something. I get there’s fees but that’s just a steep hike

Clean, and location is convenient to many amenities. I stay in Boise often for work and this has been my favorite stay by far, exceeding the quality of much more expensive establishments.

Friendly staff, clean room, great appetizers/drinks in the bar. Couldn't stay for the breakfast but my family said it was fantastic.

Oxford Suites was wonderful. The amenities were lovely. The room was spotless and large. Anthony, that was working the night shift when we arrived was the best!! Friendly, welcoming, and informative. We had a beautiful night in Boise!

Has a balcony king reserved. They said I couldn’t have a pet there even though I have had my pet in those same exact rooms in the past. The GM wouldn’t credit me the difference in the down graded room price. Went to the down graded room, the smell was horrible, they wouldn’t address it. We left, even though we had already paid for it, and went somewhere else. This place has taken a nose dive off of a cliff! I’ve stayed here 100’s of times over the last 15 years! I will never even think about staying here again. I think Expedia should take them off of their list.
