Hampton Inn by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean

It was fairly late at night when I checked in. Asked specifically about side and rear entrances, told to use key. Key did not work. I was loaded with 3 bags and a service animal. Back to the car. Called, was informed I'd have to go back to the front desk for new keys. Drove around, got new keys.. drove back to the rear entrance. Key didn't work again. Walked to the front entrance. 3 bags and service animal. New keys again and desk worker took me to my room. Assured me repeatedly this was the first issue with rear door. Everything was fine with the room. The breakfast was nice. Upon leaving discovered a group of housekeepers by the back door unable to grt in. One let it sli that it had been thst way all week. I was not happy. Finally, turns out they still charged a pet fee for a service animal. Specifically informed them it was a service animal on check in. Even offered copies of her paperwork. Surprised there's still a fee, website says otherwise.

The ceiling had mole on it!! The tube looked like it had been replaced! For the cost of the room it should have been in perfect condition!! It was way too expensive for the quality of the room!! We have always stayed at a Hampton Inn because of the quality of their rooms!! But it’s getting where Hampton Inn is falling down!! The lady at front desk was very rude to my husband when he checked in!! On a scale from 1-10 I would say this Hampton Inn is about a 4-5!! I hope Hampton Inn really looks at this and makes a turn around!! Wake up HI!!! Nothing!! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve seen at Hampton Inn!!

The staff were friendly. The cleaning ladies were super nice and the kitchen staff were so sweet and helpful. It was outdated and not clean. The base boards were broken in spots, the toilet was dirty. The chair in the room was stained.

RUDE STAFF AT CHECK IN. FIRST ROOM WALKED UP WITH TWO HANDICAPPED MEN. GET TO ROOM AND COMMODE WONT WORK BACK DOWN TO DO IT ALL AFAIN RUDE RUDE PERSON AT DESK

Staff was very nice and helpful! Room had great furniture and the beds was soft snd clean. Bathrooms could use an update and the floors a second sweep/mop. Parking for RV/truck was available. Breakfast was slamming!!

We were so impressed by this Hampton Inn. The staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast was varied from day to day and always hot and good. Thank you for a great stay in Bossier City!
