Hilton Garden Inn Bossier City, LA

We had to ask for clean sheet bc hair was in the bed and in the bathroom sink. Manager on staff just handed us the sheets and did not apologize or suggest anything. At least acknowledge that something was wrong and make it better for the customer.

Nice staff, but the rooms were dated and not very clean. I was only here for one night. The older beds weren't comfortable, but at least they had bedbug covers on the mattresses!

Everything from arrival to departure, the friendly staff, makes staying at the Bossier Hilton very comfortable,

I was moved to another room that was so much worse. The bathroom and room were filthy. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, preventing the curtain from closing all the way and consequently the floor flooded during my shower. After further inspection, there were clear signs of mold in the corners, hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor, dust on the surfaces, and what appeared to be a dab of blood on the bathroom walls. The staff was incredibly nice and responsive and ultimately moved me to the Homewood Suites side of the property. The difference was night & day. Had I started on the Homewood Suites side, I believe I would have had a perfectly acceptable experience.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff at front desk were extremely helpful. Will definitely stay next time in area

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're coming to Bossier City, Louisiana because it's clean & the customer service is great..it's also near several casinos..not sure if they provide room service because there was no menu in room..

The room was cozy, clean, and decor was up to date.

AC was not working well . Was told that they were fully booked. Shower head was not adjustable and had extremely low pressure.

Do not have pillow top mattresses.

The property is very clean and well kept. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a very nice welcome and pleasant smile from reception. However, my room, I wasn’t happy about. The room never cooled down after staff checked out the air conditioning unit and it’s made a loud rattling sound the entire night. There were a couple of other things that didn’t work properly in the room also so I just did the best I could because I was only there for one night. I would like to revisit this property again in the near future because location is great along with the many different options for restaurants surrounding it.

Very gorgeous property. Hotel was immaculate and staff were very kind and helpful.

For the price that I pay for the room and then on top of that I had to pay for my breakfast, which turn out to not be so good poor quality.

Everything was clean. Showers have rust on bars which is to be expected. Pool was nice and service was great! Would stay again.

I see a lot of money in upgrading the hotel yet there were exposed wires hanging down where I believe a smoke detector should have been and the light fixtures in the bathroom were very rusty. The items stood out compared to the rest of the room.

The location was great. Overall the property was clean. The best surprise was having multiple elevators per floor.
