Front desk staff was the most unfriendly! They are supposed to be in the field of Hospitality!

The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for one night family of 5 people. The place was clean and we did late check in but at first we didn’t get the room we requested with a sofa bed. But the reception was helpful and correct the mistake and gave the room we needed. Overall it was good experience.

I especially want to recognize the housekeeping staff, Juanis and the rest of the crew. They did an outstanding job keeping everything clean, organized, and comfortable. Their hard work definitely does not go unnoticed. They were courteous, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service can completely change a hotel experience, and this team is a perfect example of that. Thank you to both the front desk and housekeeping staff for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. You truly made our stay that much better, and your hard work deserves to be recognized!

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Staff were very welcoming. The room was very pleasant and immaculately clean. Children jumping all over the seating in reception area, making it not a pleasant place for other guests. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed whilst we were there.

Was part of a wedding party. Place was clean and the people were polite.

Tub shower was very slippery and unsafe for an older person. The mattress was old, worn out, so you felt the springs. They should be replaced.

Pool was down for maintenance 😢

We had an excellent stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Northeast/Brighton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. This is a great place to stay; also, this was our second time staying at this property and will stay here again. Highly recommended!
