I booked this hotel and then I saw all the reviews. I have stayed in Quality Inns before so I had an idea of what to expect. The staff members were awesome. The elevator has been fixed. The hallway and room did smell slightly of cigarettes. There are lots of food options close by. At first I thought there was no hot water in the shower, but then I saw the H had a blue dot and the C had a red dot. So I turned the handle back towards the red dot, and then the water was hot. Yay! The hotel is next to a busy road, so I would bring earplugs if that is a problem for you. It's not that bad, though. I just wear earplugs in hotels anyway because they are noisy, in general. I got really good sleep, and that's what counts! The coffee goes quick around here, so if it's out, you just have to ask someone to make another pot. Pretty please! I might suggest the hotel get a 2nd air pot to keep it flowing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. No complaints.

The door handle broke. The room was not secure. There was blood on the floor. There was blood on the walls. There is nasty Q-tips under the vanity part. It was disgusting in there and room service. Didn’t even check on me.

Carpet dirty, rooms are smelly

The room was dirty. Nightstands were covered in very sticky stuff. There was dried blood on curtain and what looked like in carpet. The bathroom faucet almost fell out of wall. The kitchen in morning had no milk and no sugar. The elevator got stuck more than once. And it had an awful smell. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The first room we were given had no remote (we got one from the office), then the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to move to another room. Second room was okay.

Breakfast coffee pot was empty at 6:15

Booked it for 2 nights and checked out the following morning only stayed one night because the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the room was dirty the sink toilet and shower were clean and linen was clean but everything else was dirty pool out order and it was dirt! Never going back there again they also took a fifty dollar deposit and it has not been redeposited yet! Horrible experience it was rated 6 and 1/2 stars no reviews my bad for booking a $99 a night hotel!

Pleasant

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is advertised as a non-smoking hotel but it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the stairs. The elevator was not working and we were assigned a room on the third floor where all the rooms with king beds were located. I use a walker to get around and we protested I could not go up and down three flights of stairs. The then assigned a room on the second floor. When my husband went to check it out he found it unlocked and reeking of cigarette smell. We were assigned another room on the second floor but could still smell the smoke going to our new room. Staff were unhelpful. The stairs were filthy and never cleaned while we were there, even though we complained and had to use it because the elevator was out of order. We renamed this hell hole the NO QUALITY INN. I will never stay at any other hotel in this chain again.

Breakfast was good ,clean dining room .pool was cold very cold ,hot tub broken if your staying just to sleep it a good quick stop if your traveling with kids or staying a few days go somewhere else .
