Aloft by Marriott Broomfield Denver

It was easy to find, and there were restaurants in walking distance. The only thing wrong with it is that it's an anonymous, souless place that could be anywhere in the world. But if you aren't spending time there, just need a place to sleep on your way between points A and B, it is perfectly adequate.

Staff were helpful. Allowed me to park vehicle for extra nights while traveling by bus and train before returning fir a follow up stay at rhe hotel Not a major issue bur they failed but to check to see if I had a Marriott member number.

Bartender was awful and inattentive. Food was meh. Patron next to me didn't even touch theirs. Laughable AI menu. Fitness center was one of the worst i've ever seen minus the stationary bike. That said, my room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Spacious room. Clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

A very nice hotel with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The desk clerk, Diego kindly gave us recommendations for “Hickory & Oak” just a couple of blocks down for a wonderful dinner. He was friendly and helpful.

Not happy with the breakfast option(and having to pay for them. Only one ice machine and luggage cart for all floors. Room was great, very nice and comfortable bed and pillows Very nice staff. Safe area.

Clean room and courteous staff. Great looking hotel. Our room was nice and they even had feather pillows. The breakfast wasnt free though. This is fine, but it is the standard fare of basic muffins, bagels, fruit, etc... that you'll see at the typical "free" continental breakfast except... every item casts $2. We opted out of the breakfast. There are also a few deferred maintenance issues around the hotel and it campus. It's a shame because this hotel is fairly new and it is beautiful. Parking is plentiful, easy and convenient.

Everything great until time to check out. Someone had commandeered and kept the property’s sole luggage cart. It took me three trips to get out as I am handicapped and can’t carry all that much. This was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Needed an ADA accessible room for my mother (84) who is not able to ambulate without a walker. The shower drain design is AWFUL! The shower drains into the toilet area - flooding the floor. We had to build a dam of towels to trap the water. Thankfully the staff was accommodating and brought extra towels. — The indoor pool was not heated. Brrrrrr. —- The American flag flying in the back of the property by the parking lot had rips and tears in it. Disgraceful.

Hotel employee, who checked me in was absolutely superb in his hospitality for the rest of the evening. Very welcoming pleasant stay. very clean, upbeat, contemporary hotel. very pleased.
