Reserved a king bed room for 1 night. Checked in and found out they only had a 2 double bed room. Had to pay for parking which was miserable. The shower head was nice and they had regular sized pillows. I won't be staying there again.

Our only issues were that our room didn't get serviced, we had to call to get refills of shampoo, toilet paper, and coffee. Will totally stay there again

Everything was great! The only complaint I have is minor and it’s that the pillows are flat. Otherwise a great stay. Would definitely come back.

I don’t understand why to charge for parking $15 a day is kind of ridiculous they shouldn’t charge for parking.

Only things was there was tons of pog poop all along the sidewalks, so you have to dodge them while walking around property. Otherwise, it was the PERFECT place to stay.

Great location for Hardrock Gemstone show. It’s a shame that organizers change location for 2027.

This is a wonderful property and the people who work there could not have been more accommodating and kind. Since I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, they upgraded my room to a higher floor with a Lake view. It was just very perfect. Loved my experience there.

Beautiful property plus the room smelled clean and fresh upon entering. The property restaurant The Spotted Donkey may be some of the worst food we've had plus there were rust stain scratches in the tub which look awful. Our floor (3rd was very loud with door banging every night.
