Literally no amenities without asking...room not well cleaned...fridge not working properly, oven not working properly....piles of garbage outside by dumpster....

I was given my room number on a scrap of paper. Lock on the door was broken. Room was dirty and a dump. Really disappointed, especially considering the price.
-
Lovely, spacious sweet. Nicer than I expected for the price point. Good location, nice staff. Thank you for a nice time.

The staff here is great! Darion was so helpful with providing an early check in. The condition of the hotel could use some updating, The water was luke warm and the room was a bit musty but for the price it was ok. I think the property could definitely benefit from an update!

I had a late check in and an early morning departure planned. They were not able to check me in due to their system crashing. Rather than making it work, they told me to go stay somewhere else.
-
Put in for a lightbulb change never got that either. Other then that the stay was nice.

I originally was given a room that had a bad lock on it. The host at check was not very nice.

The room was not clean at all. Found a pill on the floor in the bedroom. The AC unit was very loud and could not be ran at night with how loud it was. Toilet constantly ran and wouldn’t always flush. Weird smells in the hallways and stairwell. The breakfast is not a breakfast, it was some bagged hot chocolate, granola bar, and bagged oatmeal. Had to go get breakfast each day when we booked a place counting on continental breakfast. Do not recommend staying here.

Very convenient ,excellent staff ,love the 2Queen bed suite. I stayed for 2nights. I highlyrecommend this hotel.

The two-bedroom suite was a great layout and the shower pressure was fantastic! It was cheaper than the other hotels around it, but you do sort of get what you pay for here. The bedding was minimal. We asked for bedding for the pullout couch and got a flat sheet and a "blanket" that was thinner than an old towel. No pillow. We also asked to get some cups and cutlery, but they had neither. We went out and bought a blanket and some disposable so we could use the kitchen at least a bit and so my kid could sleep comfortably. The potential is here, but it felt a bit shabby and unloved with not even basic supplies.

Not impressed I'll just say that and will be back to staying at the Hyatt house

This is not the same property that it was a few years ago. No amenities you are lucky to get a clean towel. I don't recommend staying here.

The staff is exceptional.

At check in I was not asked for a credit card for a security deposit which I have not seen in decades. Then I was told I was staying in a different building. The staff's English was difficult to understand and I had to guess at where the building was. When I got to the building, the security lock on the outside door did not work and people were walking in and out of the building. Some of the maintenance in the building was OK, but some carpeting was badly in need of being replaced. The room I received was used for smoking and was difficult to breath so I had to open all the windows and turn the air conditioner of high. The smoke smell was still horrible. My room did not even have a single drinking glass. The front desk told me I could walk back to the front desk and get a coffee cup or wait until the next day to have one delivered. The plastic ice trays had several holes in them so that the water drained out before it froze. The next morning was the final blow when I found out what I thought was the only towel in the bathroom was actually a bath mat. The good news is there was a nice tv.
