Best hotel stay ever!! Haili at the front desk!! Wow!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal. All the staff on location were top tier and such a clean hotel.

I came here a few times a year, either to stay, or to use the pools (pool pass). It never disappoints! The rooms are well appointed and the in-room coffee is great quality. Outdoor pools are tranquil with tasty drinks. The only drawback is the location is in a business park so if you're looking for a downtown feel, this wouldn't be it. But Boulder is very close, and mountains, trails, and the like.

Absolutely loved the property. The room was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. We loved sitting by the fire in the mornings!

If you book through Expedia, make sure you’re getting a Mountain View room if you are looking to book that. We booked a Mountain View room on the top floor through Expedia, showed up to a room that was facing the highway and part of the golf course. That was a bit annoying and not the hotels fault. Expedia advertised the room as a Mountain View but sent my reservation to the hotel without that feature included. Just a heads up if you book through Expedia!

Beautiful location and the stay was great overall. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, but didn't use any other amenities. I believe I was supposed to get a complimentary bottle of water and a drink ticket for the bar though, which I never did, but didn't realize until after. The only thing I didn't like was that I put a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and housekeeping entered anyway, and they took away my food I was saving. Also, I know these are typically old buildings but they really should invest in soft closing doors because you can hear room doors slamming all night, despite having ear plugs. And if you're counting on the the little shop inside the lobby for snacks, don't; they have nothing but off brand protein bars and oatmeal and it was $10 for a bottle of water and a gatorade.

Great place. We love the pool area and friendly staff. Really great breakfast too.

A large group of family and friends stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. The staff was so helpful, especially John, who took special care in catering to our needs. They even sent a special treat and note to our daughter and new son-in-law’s room, which was much appreciated. The property is lovely, and we were so pleased to enjoy it during such a special occasion!

Nice location and good facilities on site. Room was super comfy and generously sized. Small issue with final bill but this was quickly rectified by front desk.

Great resort for families. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Heated pools were nice and the food at Shep’s was delicious. We will definitely stay again.

The restaurants on site were good and we enjoyed the fire pits outside. Rooms were comfortable! We asked for firmer pillows and they brought them up for us.
