Everything was good, just a little more light in the parking lot.

Property was clean but the breakfast was under served. No staff for help, no plates or cuos. Half of the food was finished. Not much variety. Was disappointed.

It was clean and comfortable. Parking lot lighting could be better at night.

Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a very nice girl who helped me out completely for my stay. I was provided a room with no AC and no working TV. Considering I didn’t use anything in the room, she was nice enough to assist me with moving my family to another room.

Smell, noises,

" Brownsville is straight barrio and is fit for man nor beast (Major thugery)..... The parking lot is not adequately lit and is properly prime easy pickens for neer' do wells sadly!

Friendly stragglers Poor breakfast, no continental at all, lack of good coffee, water, bread, toasts, proteins, eggs, back on

I was given a room without a refrigerator. The room was changed to the one next door that had a refrigerator in addition to several dead bugs on the floors. And several damaged floor tiles. Even though I had registered with a credit card, I was also required to produce another credit card to cover a "deposit in case I get a stain on the sheets that they can't get out." I am unsure of the meaning of this statement. Further they had my credit card number in the event that damages were found..

Good parking area and access to breakfast. The separate far room’s was cool but not cold during the day. Night was nice okay!

Everything! I had an excellent 4 day stay. Will definitely stay there again.

I have been there in the past and it is close to where we are going It looks like it’s going down a little bit the floor was coming up in the room they are changing a $100.00 dollar deposit

It was an okay stay at this property.

Maybe include egg or hot options in the breakfast they just serve bread, hot cakes, orange juice, cereal and milk.

We were so ready for a pool after an 8 hour drive. It wasn't open. They said we could go to the nearby Holiday Inn but my wife was over it. Strait to the shower. There are lots of restaurants nearby. It's a safe place from my perspective.

Ultimately, the place was clean, obviously as pretty old the amenities were not available. A pool was not in good condition to use for our second day. Our restroom was not clean properly and honestly I don’t think we use. We will use this hotel again. In another note, I still have not received my deposit back and it’s almost a week.

Nothing .oh when I was leaving What did I do the mold in the bedroom the campus when you first walk in you can smell it if you smell the load on the beds are hard as rocks the pillows are like paper you want me to keep on going on in the hallways need better lighting the front desk mean to know how to handle customer I'm not having a smart ass smart ass mouth and believe me the health department will find out about this place in for you as the Best Western why would you put your name on a place like this you guys are doing inspections

The stay was okay, but it definitely had some pros and cons. On the positive side, our room was clean upon arrival, and the room service staff did a fine job with daily basics like making the bed and emptying the trash. However, the rest of the property needed more attention. The pool area wasn't clean enough to use, and there was a noticeable musty smell throughout the hallways. The continental breakfast was also hit or miss, they frequently ran out of waffle mix and yogurt, meaning we had to ask staff to restock items and grab plates. Overall, it's a decent, functional place to sleep, but the upkeep and amenities could be improved.
