Had a bad odor like outdoor insecticide used. Transferred to a different room on another floor same odor but not as strong. Washed our clothes at resort immediately, odor was absorbed by our clothing.

There were make up and food stains on the comforter and sheets from the previous guest; I had to ask for a whole new bed set. It was very clear that the bed had not been turned over. There was also food particles in the microwave and a very potent smell from previous food. Curtains in the window of my room were ripped and safety pinned together. Waterbug/roach in laundry/ice area and mildew inside ice tray from my room. This hotel was very very gross

Very nice, clean, quiet. Helpful front desk staff. The gym was good enough. Couldn't find the TV remote and the water cooler needed changing, but not major issues. Breakfast was good.

I loved the staff at the hotel they were kind and respectful. My kids loved interacting with them. But the only downside to this trip was I found a dead cockroach in my room.

Location was very good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and the desk clerk suggested a restaurant next door that was very good. Comfortable beds and clean room. Toilet was low.⁹

The overall hotel and the front desk guy was nice. My room was mostly clean except for the hair all in the bathroom and shower. The lamp beside the bed was broke and had gunck under it where it looked like someone had tried fixing it before.

The staff was rude, impatient, discourteous, and both rooms had an infestation of roaches! Also, the manager kept $10 of our deposit claiming that there was a stain on one of the towels that she was certain would not come out once she washed it, but hadn’t even attempted to wash it, nor did she dispose of it if that were the case.

Nothing. Never will never stay there again. Roaches! Lots of roaches!!!! Area looks sketchy. Bathroom dirty and safe was broken and staff never even tried to replace it.
