The towels were bad enough with their own food and other stains, they look like they’ve been used frequently for the last decade without being replaced. It’s probably the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in… so much so, here I am leaving a review which I never do - you were forewarned friends.

Another issue was how the wheelchair ramp at the back of the hotel isn't exactly smooth. As I was rolling my Mom up the ramp, we hit a crack and the wheelchair tipped backwards, spilling my Mom onto the pavement. We had to visit the local ER. We noticed that that the hotel first floor corridor had a funky smell. My sister and I had stayed there Oct 2025, the whole place seemed to be in much better condition then. That's why we felt comfortable rebooking there. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is somewhat run down, but things seemed clean. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, like it's offset to the doorframe? Ratheon (sp?) was wonderful throughout the whole visit, although we didn't see ANYONE at all at the front desk when we were checking out. Coffee in lobby was weak. Double charged, by RedRoof and Hotels.com, FINALLY solved.

Room was somewhat decent. Clean bedding. There was a hole in the wall. Bathroom was dingy and yellowed. Not at all like photos advertised. Room smelled of smoke. They need to remodel like the pics suggest. Would not recommend.

It was affordable I guess The staff was very very rude and most of the appliances in my room did not even work, as if they intentionally kept light bulbs blown or something to keep energy costs down. Terrible experience for me.

Light above sink was held up with a tissue package. Mattress was stained near head, thankfully there was a clean mattress cover and sheets...no bugs. Do not stop here!!

Dirty floor, brown stains on the sheets, not working toilet - everything is aged and the moldy smell everywhere. The worst hotel I stayed ever….
