The bed was terrible 😢

Necesita más aire en el elevador y el área del pasillo se siente un poco de humedad en las alfombras si le dan mejor mantenimiento estaría excelente para volver a regresar

When i arrived I was put in in dirty room

I had called ahead of time to alert the front desk to the fact that we would be bringing our camper and would need space to park it (the website touts this as an amenity), and that we would be bringing our dogs. The woman who answered the phone made it very clear that she could care less. However, the young man that greeted us when we arrived was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was less than attractive and everything seemed worn out. Our room had an unpleasant odor (like they were trying to hide cigarette smoke) and the supply of towels was skimpy. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The TV was lacking a good channel selection. It was within walking distance of some decent restaurants, but I'm not sure I'd wait until after dark to return. It was okay for the one night, but I would not choose this hotel again.

The air conditioning did not work in our room.

I liked the location and cleanliness. The bed had a hot plastic mattress cover that kept my body hot and kept ominous off the mattress. The bed was not comfortable and relaxing due to plastic covering.

Shower head needs to be replaced and the tub was too slippery.

Loud and had a smell. Won’t stay again

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating - location was great! The room smelled from the maids spray! The sweet smell lasted though out my 3 day stay. The humidity in the room was high causing the room to feel cold but wet.

Nothing! Dirty, they don’t clean, we had roaches and stain all over the towers and sheets

That it was only 30 mins away from where we was going. The first room we got had a smell but the staff was really nice they moved us.

The front desk staff members are courteous and helpful. They tried to accommodate the travelers with great efforts.

The room was nice and clean. Hot tub was nice! The breakfast was alright.

Our room was old smelling and full of roaches...I will never stay here again worst hotel experience.

Stole my wallet. Had to file a report. Walls and floors sweat

Location Issue with lights. Ok room. Pricy for the room value. Ended up staying at townesuite. Much better room for thirty more dollars

The air conditioner was too loud, couldn’t close the bathroom door completely without pulling really hard, the was hair on the shower drain.

The shower was not cleaned mildew on the walls of the tile The elevator inspection was expired a month ego that’s a big violation

Staff at check-in was a lil rude when we asked questions but other staff we had to deal with at different times was very helpful and nice and polite and answered all of our questions very nicely we will most definitely stay here again when we return!
