The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a wide selection of items.

Very nice staff. Elevator and other areas were under construction while I was there and even with all that going on the stay was great.

Breakfast was nice. The lady cooking was so sweet. Beds were so comfy. Location was great. Pool was so clean. The elevator was out of service in the day because of remodeling. It was fine though, stairs at each end of hallway. Good exercise!

No mention of remodeling and the room had strong chemical smell, an ac that seemed to be giving up the ghost and a bed that tilted you uphill

We waited over an hour to finally get a room around 4:30 p.m. the lobby was full of people all night trying to get their rooms. When we finally got a room it was nasty and smelled terrible. We will never stay here again

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly, but when I called the front desk to inform someone about my room issue, there was no resolution, other than, what I booked & paid for was not available.

It was a great experience with the Fairfield, everything was fantastic. The front desk , the kitchen ladies and especially Stephanie the lady who made sure everything in our room was great, and changed our pillows I am allergic to feather pillows! We will be going back, have tried 2 other hotels but will go back to Fairfield in Brunswick Georgia!!

Had to wait till 3pm to check in. Parking lot had only 3 cars..so I thought there would already be rooms ready. Used restroom..no maid carts in the hall. We had driven many hours and are seniors.my husband semi handicapped.had to wait 2hrs to ck in
