Cons: the mattress was too stiff, the room was dated, the ac was very noisy, the lobby is very odd and tiny breakfast space

Very quiet location. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

Would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Horrible, staff did not update the room amenities. I had to go to the front desk and get them. One morning we woke up to no hot water.

There are only (3) tables in the breakfast area, not nearly enough. Hotel was very clean, staff was amazingly helpful, rooms in need of a refresh.

That you couldn’t hear the interstate like most hotels. I can say that the hostess was pleasant and friendly! The breakfast area was small and cramped. Yes they had an area outside to sit but if it’s raining then there is no where to sit! The carpet in room 420 was soaking wet and the hotel was over booked and couldn’t be moved so they used a steam cleaner and a blower to attempt to dry it. The bathroom fan did not work. The cabinet above the desk was not put together correctly and was starting to fall apart. Didn’t check any of the appliances in the kitchenette. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a good enough hotel for one night. A little run down, but again it was only one night. The biggest turn off- the front desk staff. I showed up about 10 minutes before check-in time and politely asked to check in. I was turned away and told to come back no earlier than 4:00 and without the guarantee my room would be ready. My husband returned at 4:00 to find a long line of people waiting as this employee refused to check-in anyone before 4:00. When my husband got to the front, she refused to let him check us in as it was a hotels.com reservation with only my name. So, for a third time, we attempted to, and finally, got our room. This employee even actively discouraged our usage of hotels.com as we checked-in. Would I stay here again? Maybe…but I would look at other hotels first.

Nice quite area with not much close by. The building looks like it's going through some updates. Good options for breakfast. The parking lot was well lit.
