we did not have breakfast at the hotel

Staff was great!

hotel was very nice and I found a good rate on Booking.com. Had to pay $10 to park and had to do it through a 3rd party app. Could not pay for it at the front desk. The hotel did not control the drive up drop off area. We had friends drop us off at the front entrance and there cars blocking the drive through. They had to wait 10 min until someone came back to their car.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the suite was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. I truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were wonderful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Embassy Suites definitely knows how to make guests feel special

Awesome hotel .

The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was awful. We all ended up doing cereal and milk.
-
The front desk staff especially, Keith were so helpful and accommodating.it’s to do for the kids plus the breakfast that was included was great - loved the omelette station

My family and I loved our stay. We were in the city for only one night and Embassy made our stay so comfortable.
-
Everything was good except the pool area was extremely wet, my 5 year old and 2 year old slipped really bad. We stayed at the other Embassy in raleigh and it was NOT like that, very hazardous.
-
The room was large. Excellent location near RDU, Umstead State Park and Lenovo Center.

Wonderful stay and wonderful staff!

Water was off for a period of time which caused the toilet to get stopped up and over-flow. Had to change rooms at 3am in order to use the bathroom and shower. Most of the staff was nice with the exception of the one that I spoke with about changing rooms. She seem to be annoyed and irritated.

Stayed at the hotel one night before flying to another city leaving our car parked at the hotel. Always love the accomodations at Embassy Suites. Upon returning from our trip to the hotel my car had a dead battery and it was late at night ( an internal light had been left on the car). One of the hotel desk attendants was very helpful and offered the assistance of a battery pack assist. The car started immediately and we were on our way. Avoided what could have been a costly expense. Thank you to the awesome gentleman working late night customer service in the hotel. The night we stayed we had a 6am flight on Monday morning. Being Labor day airport traffic was heavy. Wanting to avoid any delays we signed up on the register and were the first ones to post in the waiting area for the shuttle service to the airport. We arrived in the pick up area at 320 am so we could be the first on the shuttle at 4am. Others began arriving around 350am with a large group requiring 11 bags of luggage arriving at 355 am, The shuttle driver did not follow any sequence in boarding passengers. To shorten we were not allowed on the first transport. At 445am the shuttle returned and we were able to get to the airport. Airport security was backed up and we did not board our plane until minutes before take off. Too close for comfort. I suggest that hotel guests be given first access to airport to shuttle service when they have paid for parking.

Our stay was everything we needed it to be. Always courteous and respectful staff, clean room and the property was quiet and beautiful. The only down side was paying for parking as a paying guest.
