Wall outlets and TV don’t work. 15mgb internet speed.

The property needs maintenance. Peeling paint in room. Generally clean. Stains on white cover. Sheets thin and well worn. Front desk staff nice. Breakfast average. I understand the eco rule of not changing sheets & towels every day. We had no service day Sat. Took washcloths & towels & did not replace them on Sun. The shower does not work properly. Half water from shower head half from tub.

I received two texts that if I needed anything, just reply. No one ever came. Our bathroom had two toilet paper dispensers that didn't have a whole roll between them. We requested toilet paper twice and never received it. The rooms seemed clean but a lot of the furniture had stains on them. Also, a cockroach came out from the headboard on the wall. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

Breakfast Bar was absolutely awesome. I eat breakfast early. The variety of food changed daily and was delicious. I stayed for 7 days. I was told the complementary coffee and water provided for in-room use were for the initial day only. It would have been nice to have them replaced when housekeeping was requested. Housekeeping for me was after 3 days, one time out of 7 days. Housekeeping was good and timely when requested. But the in-room coffee and water were not replaced!

Good location. Good coffee maker in room. Breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing to drink- didn’t even offer ice water as juice machine was broken entire stay. Very limited options. Instead of eating there, we bought breakfast everyday. Pool was too dirty (green) to use. I expected more because of the location, but it was disappointing. It’s old and run down. Will not be staying here in the future.

Convenient to many restaurants and shopping The halls were very warm and I think that made it harder to.cool the rooms. It was extremely hot outside so that didn't help either.

The staff was excellent, ready and willing to accommodate our needs. I can't say enough about the staff, they are professional and a real asset to the hotel. They made us feel welcomed and treated us as though they appreciated our business. The room was well maintained, clean and welcoming.
