The suite has a kitchen (didn’t get a chance to test it out). Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. The hotel price was already very marked up, probably due to the day being a game day. Check in was problematic because my last name was incorrectly recorded, which never happened to me before with any bookings I do through Booking.com. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time. But I did contact the hotel a few days before our arrival to ask for early check-in, both through message and phone, because I knew we would be there an hour early with a tired toddler. The room was not ready and we were left there waiting without much care. After about 20 minutes or so, a room was ready for us. But oh my, as soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by this musty smell, slightly damp carpet that looks visibly dirty too, and a wet bathroom floor. And no, it’s not the wet-because-it-was-recently-mopped kind of wet. I could actually splash the water around. My husband wanted to move, but I did not want to lose the money we already spent to overpay this hotel. So I called front desk, who dismissed the concern at first. I had to insist about the wet floor. And it took more than 30 minutes for someone to show up. By that time, I already used the paper towel from the kitchen to dry the floor because we needed to use the restroom. And when the person showing up to the door brought a dirty mop and entered with dirty shoes, that was the last straw. We checked out and went to the i-Hotel instead. The front desk did not care too much that we checked out within the hour. An expensive lesson to learn. We will not stay here again in the future.

Rooms size and cleanliness. Upon arrival a female heavyset manager was in the lobby and made a comment about the team color we were wearing "those are the ugly colors". After checking in there were problems with the room ac not working and tv not working. Called desk and they sent maintenance, after maintenance arrived he said we needed to move rooms. Went back to desk manager made the comment again about the ugly colors we were wearing and then they gave us another room to move to. When asked for a discount was told not able to do that because we booked through book it. State book it had to refund us. Had to move all of our belongings again. In the new room the sink faucet was loose, no linen for the fold out bed, and the shower curtain was too short had to place towels along the edge of the tub not to flood bathroom. If your in management you should maintain professionalism! She was just engaged with the other fans and ensured them they would get a first floor next week! Discount requested!

Great value, nice staff . Room is spacious but furniture is a bit outdated and layout doesn’t help. Breakfast is very simple with good food but not so many options, specially fruits.

Good breakfast. So I stay again for attending my kid's convocation

The king bed was filthy!! Stains all over which grossed us out. The sheets weren’t in the right size. I couldn’t find any ice container so I went to the front desk. The employee told us that there was one in the freezer. He stated that he would deliver one to our room. We waited and waited and I gave up. I went back to the front desk and apparently the employee forgot to deliver the ice container. The breakfast there wasn’t that great and we ended up eating out. We won’t return back to that hotel.

Comfortable environment and a great location; the staff is always ready to help.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. However the in room amenities that we actually paid for and looking forward to using were not great - as an example, while there is an in suite kitchen, it did not even have the basic pots and pans, the ladels, and the cutlery. For the little bit of stuff in there, it was unclean and worn down that it could not br used. The in room phone even was not working. Housekeeping is alternate days and the crew never filled up basic things like toilet paper etc. my experience with Hilton is typically good, but this time was not the best. Finally, they could not even link my hilton honors id to my booking and that too added to my disappointment.

When we entered the room we were surprised to see a full size fridge and dishwasher plus the cute little stove top. I wasn’t expecting that when we booked. Plus the “Welcome Joy” greeting on the TV was fun! The shore was luxurious and so was the bedding. We enjoyed a nice rest after a busy day of moving our student in. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. We didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the amenities. We didn’t arrive until after 10:30pm and left before 10am.

I liked the location and the parking space. It's very easy to reach the campus or downtown urbana. Check in was easy and staff was helpful when asked. We stayed for almost a month in the end, and there was cleaning 3 times only. The grills downstairs are disgusting, desperate for cleaning and maintenance. There is saltpeter on the ceiling above the swimming pool. The Hotel is desperately needing maintenance. Breakfast was standard, but many days cutlery missing, coffee cold... There is a lot to do there. It can be a great hotel, needs a proper handyman doing maitenance there and perhaps a happier cleaning team.

Great shower. Not enough dishes for 4 people. No ice bucket. No hooks to hang towels in the bath. No USB plugs
