I Hotel And Illinois Conference Center

Very close to the University of Illinois Champaign campus, big advantage. (Went to visit my child who is going to school there. Stayed one night.) Free parking was a plus. The free breakfast was good, not expectational. (The breakfast burrito was not that flavorful.) Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Had a good night sleep. This was my second stay at the hotel. Will stay here again.

I've stayed here many times over the years and it's not as good a hotel as it used to be. They're cutting a lot more corners nowadays. The rooms are getting a little run down and the amenities are not as good as they were. The breakfast has always been scant.

Nicely decorated art work and relaxing to be at this hotel. Will be back again if we have an opportunity.

Very close to the university and downtown. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. My kid forgot some toiletries and they had complementary ones at the desk. Breakfast was meh but staff was nice.

Great location for campus activities

This was a great option for our group - we had reserved 5 rooms here over several nights to attend an event. The price was a little more than we wanted to spend, but that's how game day weekends are priced. The hotel sent a message early asking if we were traveling with others so we could be placed near each other. I responded and never heard back AND we were not placed near each other which was a bummer. I'm not sure why they even asked. Additionally, I was a little disappointed that our room we not as nice as the other rooms especially since I recommended this hotel to the others. We had a terrible view of a rooftop and wall. There was ironing board and one had to be sent to us. The a/c did not work from the thermostat, it seemed to have a mind of its own. The countertop in the 'accessible room' we were given (which we did not request or need) was almost nonexistent, making getting ready quite difficult. The fridge was very small, so keep this in mind if you bring food. The meeting spaces and location were great and the hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast was kind of grab & go and just OK.
