Hyatt Place Phoenix/Chandler-Fashion Center

I liked the location, cleanliness, and the vibe. However, you could hear many things going on in the bedrooms around.

Had an issue with the AC, the staff came immediately to check it out. They got me another room immediately! We will definitely stay here again!!

Very clean and spacious room. Direct TV, great location with many dining and shopping options

Nice clean safe location for family. Pet friendly.

Customer service, very clean

Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. AC worked well. The gym was great, I loved the Peloton bikes - though extra fans could help. The breakfast was fine but fairly limited options. I didn’t like the plastic plates and cutlery - why generate that additional trash? There is also an unusual smell on the 3rd floor. It’s not musty or foul. Could be a freshener to cover another smell? I stopped noticing it after the second day but may bother someone with a sensitive nose. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. I would happily stay there again.

Everything was nice

Closing time on the pool

Our stay was great Closing time on the pool

The rooms were super clean. We stayed in a double bed with an additional “living room” that was so spacious for the price. Very affordable for such a nice room/property. It’s nearby to a lot of good eats. 10/10 would stay here again, especially for the price.

The gym was good and clean I used it twice

Superb

As soon as we got there, check in was fast and got our rooms and keys right away. They even accommodated us to options on what floor and room we wanted. Room was clean for the most part, never like we have our home but it was clean. Pool was a bit on the warmer due to the heat wave, but it was great. Towels at the pool readily available and clean. Breakfast was good, warm food and good options. Last but not least, staff was attentive and kind. Asked for extra towels and had them right away… over all it was a good place to stay.

Everything was clean and nice. Perfect for me and my family.
