The staff( everyone I did business with) over my 3 day stay was so helpful& so extremely courteous! I’ve stayed here twice in the past 3 months. It was a great stay & located with plenty of options for eating & mall right across the street. Beds were very comfortable

Location is great, near chandler fashion center etc Parking fee $15 per night is not reasonable. Breakfast was not good either same everyday. bed is not comfortable, cleanliness is questionable. they even not make up our room even if we stayed there multiple nights, even if just empty our trash. checking in was not that smooth either.,

Breakfast was ok. Unsecured location but paid parking $15 a night by the freeways. Bed so uncomfortable i had to sleep on the couch. Lights above the beds had no functioniog off switch, the box for it had exposed wires... hazardous!! I didn't get quality sleep.

Why would you put two adults, one at the age of 83, the other at the age of 85 in a room with a bathtub shower and a toilet with the height of the bathtub. Shame on your staff and the hotel chain if that is how they are run. I took pictures and will gladly show them to anyone who is interested in staying in your facility.

Superb

Surprise parking fees and overpriced snacks greeted us, lobby was clean, elevator worked, room had low ceilings and poor lighting, A/C blows nice and cold, bathroom was clean but bad lighting, shower has low pressure, bed was comfy on the firm side, tv swivel was ineffective, refrigerator was cold.

They charged me $550 incidental deposit.

Good location, room was a good size and clean. Our air conditioner was not working properly, it was 108 degrees outside and we had on the air conditioner on high and it barely cooled the room.

Everything was great except the fact that they charged $15 per night to park your car in a parking lot that was wide open. I could understand if it was covered parking or valet but to just park yourself they were charging 15 per night which was ridiculous.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I was especially impressed by the healthy and generous breakfast. The gentleman working in the cafeteria was always welcoming, saying hello and checking if we needed anything. At one point, my wife needed gluten-free bread, and he immediately went to get some for her. That level of care and attention really made us feel welcome. The only thing that surprised me was receiving a parking charge of **$15 per day** after I had already left the hotel and returned to Canada. I was not informed about the parking fee during my stay, so I was quite shocked to see the charge afterward. However, I contacted the hotel, and I spoke with **John**, who was extremely respectful, kind, and understanding. He apologized for the situation and kindly waived all the parking charges. I truly appreciated how he handled the matter. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and excellent, caring staff.
