I am requesting a FULL refund for this stay. Upon check in, I was charged twice for the deposit. Had then been advised I would have went back. I stay at hotels traveling for work and this is ridiculous..can you explain to me what’s going on?

I saw two roaches in my room. Let’s just get that out-of-the-way first. We arrived around 4:30 and the office was closed so I had to call the phone number on the door. The check-in process is all online. Fill out the forms like you’re renting an apartment. It’s quick enough, but not what I was expecting. Once we finally got to the room, we realized that this location is basically kind of a dump and there are people who live there for extended periods of time. I guess that’s why it’s called extended stay. It’s just kind of a rundown place to stay if you don’t care about that then have at it but if you wanted a nice hotel, this is definitely not it. In the morning the cops came to my door looking for some girl who may have lived there so that was fun. At least they didn’t barge in and shoot me or anything thank God. There were two little pillows on the king size bed so we actually had to go down the street to Walmart and buy a few more to sleep comfortably. The TV is in a strange position so you can’t really see it from one side of the bed. I purchased late checkout, which turned out to be $25 but I guess they didn’t get the message because the manager came knocking on my door and I had to remind them that I had late checkout. When we were packing the car we let the door to the room close and it automatically locked in. Our code stopped working because the system had me as checked out. The girl at the desk was polite, apologetic and gave me an extra 30 minutes.

Whatever you do, "Don't stay here." First, I was running late, and I was trying to stay here. Once I got to the location, it was late, but I was still trying to wash up, and relax. However, the people who answered the phone gave me the wrong building for my unit. They said Building 2, unit 134; however, unit 134 is in Building 5, and I had to walk from building to building with my suitcase, trying to find it. Second, when I walked through the unit door, the room smelled of ammonia and burnt leather. Next, when I turned the lights on, roaches were running everywhere. I took pictures, and I sent the text to the property management team, and I'm still waiting for a response about my refund. I never stayed at the property because I did not want to get attacked by bugs or did I want my work equipment infested with bugs. Just save your money and book with a reputable hotel.

Broken TV, only one set of towels with no replacements, no remotes, side door was jammed shut and would not open, one roll of toilet paper, multiple roaches found near kitchen and couch.

The place looked nothing like website. No propane in bbq. Room smelled. TV didn't work. They didn't want to refund my money when I told them it was a dump.

Took another 45 mins to get switched to another room. Also filthy smelt of cat piss, but had towels and soap, cutlery (1 fork, only mugs 3 plates) etc. Floor was so dirty I ended up going out and buying a mop to clean. Most lights didn't work. Holes in the fly screens. The bed squeaked all night and lights flickered. Not what it was advertised as, not worth the price. Pool was really nice and clean. If I could have afford to go somewhere else I would have.

I was told they didn’t have a two bedroom business suite since my reservation was at the Phoenix property. I couldn’t stay in a small one bedroom with 5 adults and 2 dogs. Front desk agent was not happy to see me. They had me swipe my card for incidentals and charge me $92 and didn’t refund it even though I didn’t stay there. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Just awful.

The couch was low and uncomfortable. I also didn't think about it ahead of time but there are no elevators.

From the bottom of my heart i would like to warn anyone being deceived by this listing! This photos are either a.i generated or not this property. This place was absolutely ran down! It is LITERALLY like being dropped in the projects in the early 2000’s. Its listed as a “hotel” but this is a low income/ weekly apartment complex. They have no staff on property!! The lobby closes at 5pm everyday so you will need to search google for their number to check in over the phone! Its completely unprofessional and a money grab. They will require you to pay an additional deposit over the phone before entering the doors to sense the essence of the place. The moment you drive around the property, away from the leasing office (not hotel lobby) you will clearly see illicit activity EVERYWHERE. From small children running around to many grown men standing around smoking and enjoying loud music. It is completely residential and NOT A HOTEL!!!! When you walk in the building literally every wall and the entire carpet is soiled with dirt showing ZERO up keep! The smell of cigarettes is EVERYWHERE!!! You can hear each family talking, washing dishes, etc as you walk through the hallways!! For the sake of your family and yourself, search for a better hotel! We found newer, better and cheaper hotels within 10 minutes!! This place is not safe and it is beyond run down. Trust your gut on this one!!!!! I wish i would have …

The images used on the website are definitely AI our rooms came nowhere close to the picture. The first room we checked into had dead roaches and live bugs crawling around so we switched out which was an easy process. The second room had no wildlife but was still the same which featured a couch that looked like it should have been on the curb for trash pickup. The bed was clean but The rest of the room featured furniture that needed to be thoroughly cleaned and walls that were dirty. We we're past the time to cancel the booking but we didn't stay in the room more than 30 minutes. The property grounds were also unsafe littered with trash and broken down cars. After booking another room at a completely different hotel, I attempted to call the provided line to check out early. The phone staff said they canceled but I later found out that the process was never complete and had to re-cancel later that day. I would give zero stars but the on-site staff was friendly and very helpful. Switching our rooms. Unfortunately the rest of experience was horrible..

What I didn’t like about the property was the room. Way different than as pictured. Kind of reminded me of a motel. TVs are small. Some of the silverware were little dirty in the drawers in kitchen. I feel like the box spring in the bedroom should of had a bed skirt. Because it looked ugly without one and you could see stains on the box spring. Few black mildew spots in bathtub. As I work in hotel industry I noticed cleanliness issues.

Ghetto place i guess needs renovation definitely has roaches . Bugs , no power , dirty feel
