I got there and even though I showed them Mike’s Expedia receipt they said they couldn’t find the reservation. I would not have been able to stay there unless I paid for a whole new room. So now I am out the money and I didn’t have a hotel room for the night

Old property. Didn't feel clean. It felt rundown.

Excellent staff

Very good value and safe location. Plus, rooms have large SMART TV. This is what tipped the scale for me versus similar hotels. The rooms are quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. The elevate the room putting the frig in a wood cabinet to hid the noise. In some hotels I unplug the frig because of the noise. Not crowded at all during the week. Pool is well maintained and lobby area is updated

My only complaint was that breakfast was almost 15 minutes late as we were in a hurry to eat. We needed to eat early because of another appointment. The staff was wonderful, and I blame the monsoon.

My room was clean with the exception of a few mystery spots on the walls in the bathroom and near the refrigerator. I did appreciate the ice water dispenser so I didn’t have to continue to buy bottles. But the person next door to my room was so loud and maybe its because I had the room with a door to go to the next room, I just can’t understand why people in hotel rooms can’t be more considerate. Same with people who didn’t pick up their dog poop outside. Be better people.

Breakfast was good. Plus, Mexican restraint was within walking distance.

great place to stay

The room was clean, but it took 2 days for the elevator to be cleaned after I reported that someone had spilled something sticky on the floor. There was also, what appeared to be, a “used” condom in the hall near the elevator that I reported. That was cleaned up right away, but was still gross!

Clean and comfortable room and great services

No free breakfast available, but there is a counter to purchase breakfast, coffee, and other food items. There is also a grab and go section with frozen food, snacks, drinks, including bottled beer. The bed was comfortable and there was a couch/seating area and a balcony in the room, which was nice. Pets allowed with a fee that wasn't astronomical. The front desk attendant gentleman was nice and helpful. I guess the only things for me was that the outside balcony lights were a bit bright if sitting on the balcony at night. Also, the room A/C is a little far from the bed, so it got a bit stuffy in the room from time to time. Other than that, it was good for our one night stay.

Smelled smoke from an adjoining room. Wasn't from us. And our sink didn't drain.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, comfortable, elegant. The staff is always friendly with guests

I love the location of this hotel in close proximity to the freeway. I have chosen to stay here two times within the past three weeks. The hotel feels relatively new and the grounds are always well-maintained. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There are a ton of television channels available. Also, the Wi-Fi is strong and FREE. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and enjoyable. The only negative I experience was the fact that they charge you $5 for parking, which they only tell you when you check-in. The charge isn't what I oppose, it's just that the vast majority of hotels offer FREE parking and have that rate including in the room rate. I would rather they simply increase the room rate by $5 and provide FREE parking. With inflation these days, being told that there is an additional charge for parking seems unnecessary and discouraging.

Room was clean, modern, bed was comfy.
-
The staff in particular Joel was awesome The area is really close to shops and restaurants. The shower needed to be cleaned better.
-
Sink had no soap and shower had two shampoos and on conditioner. Two beds but only came with two towels
-
Clean, but nickel and dime you for things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish the gym had more weights but it is about standard for a hotel chain of that tier.
-
Quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Safe and convenient part of town. We would visit again! Thanks Sonesta!

First time staying here, stayed at the same hotel in California, loved the experience there so I booked this one here. No regrets! Love the area in Chandler, lots of food and shopping minutes away! Literally moving to the same area in a month or so just because of how nice this area was! The location is spot on, everything you need just minutes away! Loved this hotel and wish I would come back to give them more business but instead I'm going to be living in the area. I will make sure to recommend my friends or family who ever come visit us to stay at this specific hotel!
