Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park

An amazing location for Chicago and a beautiful hotel

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación cercana a Millenium Park. la comida del desayuno es muy rica, las habitaciones son comodas, pero ya son algo viejas.

For a property with the Fairmont reputation, I expected a more effective and timely resolution to a maintenance issue of this nature. While the location was a definite highlight, the unresolved bathroom issue detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Location is good, but overall, the hotel is not worthy of the Fairmont brand.

Expedia said free breakfast. There was no free breakfast. 😞

Valet staff was friendly and helpful, It was a nice stay but not stellar.

But the room was clean and loved having a small couch. And the view from our room was fantastic! All in all a great two nights.

Stayed at the Fairmont Chicago and it exceeded every expectation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff make us feel welcome, and the location puts you steps from Millennium Park and the lakefront. Five stars — we'll be back.

Older hotel but well maintained. Check in took longer than expected. However, the staff is welcoming and professional. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant. Server was super friendly and accommodating to the vegans in our party. Valet parking was convenient although pricey. Location is super close to the Millenium Park, shops, restaurants, and the riverwalk.
