Pet friendly and breakfast was great. stuff were great.

The rooms were acceptable, considering the per-night price. The AC/heater worked, and the water was hot enough.

I didn't like the size of the pool for non swimmers drastic drop off to 8 feet they appear to have a hot tub next to popl but it is not heated it's recycled pool water

But the thing that has left me scratching my head the most is that I touched a lamp in the room and I got shocked from just touching it and it’s left a pretty decent bruise on my finger. It made my finger throb in pain for the entire day. All I did was touch it to try and turn it off.

Breakfast was almost gone at 6:30 no eggs, waffle mix was out. Had to clean my whirlpool tub as it had a lot hair in it. Over all not a bad place I would stay again

The carpet in the room was sticky and stained. Nobody ever came to take the trash or give new towels. The air conditioner blew out foul smelling air and we had a cockroach run across the nightstand. I was able to kill it. We were scheduled for four nights but after the cockroach we had enough after three nights. We confronted the desk clerk and she tried calling the manager but couldn’t get a response. I stated to her that after everything we endured we were leaving and not spending the fourth night and would like a refund for the last night. She informed me that we had already paid and were out of luck on getting any money back. I will never go back or recommend anyone to stay there.

There were blood stains on our pillows when we first arrived in the room.

I booked a non smoking, not pet friendly room and unfortunately that's not exactly what I got. My room had a smoking sign on the door! As I entered my room it smelled of smoke. I went right down to front desk clerk to be told it's an old sign, hotel is smoke free inside but guests are allowed to smoke on their balcony so therefore that's probably why it smells?! That makes no sense. Found what looked like pet hair on both bed d st pressed as well. You're not getting what you book which is very disappointing when you are traveling for hours!

They passed the hot tub off as a kiddie pool. I booked there for the pool and “hot tub” and it wasn’t even heated. Never again. Very disappointed

Bad: TV did not work properly, No info furnished on WI-FI, Mattress was noisy, There was highway noise, and Breakfast was not great. Not planning on another stay at this property.

The worst hotel experience I think I have ever had. Dirty, lobby smells like old food, room smelled like marijuana and rubbing alcohol, broken glass on patio, carpet left our socks brown, stains on box spring, dust on most things, sliding glass door barely locks, noisy, not a safe feeling for families with small children. Staff did not know what a crib was. I'm not even kidding, they had to Google it, show me a picture to confirm, and then told me no they don't have those. Actively seeking a refund. Do not stay here. Spend the few extra dollars to stay in any of the other nice hotels in the area.

Was there 4 nights an not one time did housekeeping knock on the door to see if I needed anything ?

It was a room to stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower didn't work well.

Building needs an update. The room was not clean - coffee grounds from previous guests on the counter, bathroom floor not clean. Doors to the outside are not locked/secured.
