Holiday Inn Express Suites Clifton Park by IHG

Good breakfast and staff no complaints

Breakfast is good here, staff is good and everything was clean

Room had trash under the table. Kids running up and down the hall screaming. We called the front desk twice, but they were still noisy and unresponsive….not sure if anyone actually came upstairs to address the issue or not.

All in all, hotel was OK, but not great

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to a very nice restaurant with good food, drinks and atmosphere, and open late. We were glad we stayed here.

Free parking. Clean room. Nice tv and climate control. Quiet night. Packed bar & grill next door. Pretty nice complimentary breakfast. Short 20 minute drive to SPAC for a concert. Quick pleasant check-in.

Comfortable, quiet environment We booked this hotel solely on the fact that a free shuttle service was offered. Turns out the service hasn’t been running and won’t be for at least another month. I was quite upset over this as we would’ve booked closer to a venue had this been disclosed Did not disclose that we had adjoining rooms with another room, that makes me feel uncomfortable

The staff were so nice and helpful. Everything was kept very clean

Very nice stay

Beautiful clean friendly environment. Good location. Breakfast is amazing and convenient. Bar and grill located right across parking lot.

There was no functioning air conditioner or heat, slept in a room that was over 85 degrees no other rooms available only refunded 50$. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointed.

Staff were dismissive and a little rude. As soon as we came in, a staff member (maybe the manager?) said the bathrooms are over there. We were checking in - not someone loitering. Front desk never picks up the phone. I had to use cell phone just to contact someone. I would never recommend. Rooms are small. I would have never booked this hotel out of the hundreds in the area. Don't recommend.

Amazing stay! Continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen! Will definitely be back! Jospeh the shuttle guy was fantastic too!!!

excellent déjeuner! cuisine très propre personnel travaille sans relâche pour la tenir propre. belle chambre propre et lits confortables

The WIFI was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and every member of the staff I came in contact with was pleasant and eager to help.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was perfect. Thank you.

Especially the (raw)oatmeal.

Clean room and hotel common areas, generous breakfast (& I love the new fresh brew coffee machines!).

The first rooms beds were very dirty so had to ask for another room. The hallways were also dirty and there was a smell. The room bedding in the new room was damp the first night had to turn off air conditioning to dry it out.

Pleasant place to stay
