The staff was absolutely amazing. TBH our 9 year old was very interactive with the front desk and everyone was very patient and respectful with him. He can be a lot. Miss Rad was was especially amazing with him. Think we found a place to stay every time we come to town.

The pull-out sofa bed is like sleeping a a barbaric torture device. The bar was easily felt and either hit my hips or back which caused me to wake up with lots of pain.

TV was awkwardly mounted against a pony wall, making it hard to watch from bed. Thin walls and loud neighbors forced me to change rooms at midnight after phone calls to them did not solve the issue.

The location was good, Sofa bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was low budget, could be much better. Not enough pillows,knowing four people would be staying three nights.

There was one lady I believe was the manager who was rude when I asked for additional towels. My check out time per Expedia was 12pm however, the day that I was supposed to leave the property, they told me that I had to check out by 11 even after I told them my checkout time per Expedia was 12 o’clock. The laundry area was pretty dirty as well. Overall, the room was great. The cleanliness of the room was great. The housekeepers were great. I did not want my room cleaned during my stay, however, the same lady, which again I believe was the manager, stated that per Marriott’s policy my room had to be cleaned. I did speak with Marriott corporate who stated that it is not one of their policies and if I elect to not have housekeeping clean my room, that was my right as a customer.

We arrived at 2 am and the staff was very kind. We had to stay a few days and they made it so easy to add more days to our reservation and they were so accommodating and genuine. It was a great experience to see that people do still care!!!

Amazing front staff. Quiet. Large room. Great shower. Amazing breakfast. No complaints at all :)
