Superb

We really enjoy this place. They do their best to make it feel like home. The staff is super-breakfast is done well-the rooms -although not large- still accommodate nicely.

This hotel was immaculate and the room was a nice size. The breakfast and breakfast staff were friendly and amazing. Would highly recommend. Will be back

Breakfast was chaotic and had very little food. The outside garbage cans remained stuffed to overflowing for 2 days. Great location for where we needed to be. Very pet friendly.

After I checked in and unpacked, I discovered the tv in the room didn't work at all. The manager got me into the room next door and gave me extra rewards points for the trouble! The Manager also delivered the new room key to my room. The response was immediate and completely satisfactory. This justifies the rating.

The breakfast room was a bit small, but we did not eat there, we took our food to go.

Horrible customer service. They over booked the hotel Edwin I arrived at 11 PM. They told me they did not have a room available for me. They said that they emailed me. This is unacceptable as I was driving obviously I’m not checking my email. This definitely deserved a phone call.

The suites are really well set up. Kitchen is well thought out and everything works. Bath fixtures need an update but everything works. Location is very convenient

Excellent location. We wanted to visit the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs as well as Torchy's tacos in Colorado Springs. This was the perfect location. Just off the freeway and right around the corner from Garden of the Gods which ends in Manitou Springs. We spent 2 nights and days so a quick trip but really liked the room with two separate bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult kids as well. The kitchen was very convenient and adequate. The beds weren't the most comfy but we did ok. The room was quiet and nice. The breakfast left something to be desired but it had enough to get us going in the morning and there's a dunks and a little grocery right on the corner for coffee and a few things. Would absolutely stay again if I'm in the area again.

One bedroom suites are very nice, breakfast was good. Property little outdated but still nice

Pool was closed, water looked hazy. Garbage cans outside were overflowing first couple days.

I will never make a reservation at TownPlace Suites” specialty for this reason.
