The location in the cleanliness as well as being very quiet The bed was not comfortable

Bed was comfortable and floor was clean. Not much for food and the room had very odd smell that we couldnt overcome. Used our car freshener to try n make it better. Please try new scent in AC vents and use better cleaning products for odors.

Was sold a jacuzzi suite by booking.com the hotel didn't have both the hotel and booking blamed each other I got no reimbursement for the difference in price. The water was brown . No Ice on 2 floors. Staff was rude about the booking mistake

The young lady at the front desk took forever to solve a issue. And she kept make up excuses. Her boyfirend was there the hold time, we just wanted the room clean. I had to contact her 6 different time about the same promblems.

Staff was friendly, room had a pissy smell, was clean for the most part, there was good parking available to park our unit, the breakfast was meh.

The smell of the room was awful. Hard to breathe in it. Smelled like urine mixed with bleach and Pine-Sol. Also, the toilet seat kept sliding off to the side. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was sweet. I think she made up for hotels shortcomings.

Location and front desk staff This is the South. The grits come in packages. Didn’t care for anything like the eggs or sausage. I do like the waffles but after working nights that is too heavy
