Hair and soap bar in shower from previous people staying there

Very different from the pictures. Everything for breakfast was prepackaged. The pool is freezing, room was musty/mold on AC unit. and we had to request sheets/blanket for the pullout couch when they're typically just in the closet. Just let down overall after seeing the listing online.

Not clean; roaches, off the list of our travel stops!

The location was decent. My Internet was out for the whole week in the hotel room, not only for the use of my computer, but so is the Netflix and the prime video because the television would not work. I notified the front desk and all they did was give me the telephone number to call their service provider and speak with their senior engineer who never called me back and never fixed the problem. I needed the Internet for some work that I was doing all week which was intensive and it shut me down for the whole week because the problem was never fixed

Very clean room. The toilet is to low!!! People with knee problems would have problems.

Room was clean staff was really good breakfast was great! AC work well just a little odor but overall enjoyed my stay would definitely stay again

Had to reserve room at last minute due to original accommodation was not up to standards.. very thankful for Fairfield accommodations and the ability to get a good night's sleep in a clean environment.

The room looked extremely old and badly in need of updating. The furniture and overall condition made the room feel worn-out and uninviting. Definitely not what I expected for the price. The hotel needs a serious renovation, and I would not stay here again.

I always have a good experience at the Fairfield Inn. Checking in is easy and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean and the a/c gets very cold. The beds are super comfortable and they have good pillows. I like the way check out time is at noon. I stay at the Fairfield a lot and am never disappointed.

The night check in staff gave us a warm welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated that they had refreshments available like cocoa and oranges so we could have a little snack before heading to bed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. In the morning we enjoyed the variety of options especially for the oatmeal bar. And the lemons and limes in the water dispenser was a nice touch. The eggs were overboiled and the treadmill wasn’t working. Also the sink was cracked.

Breakfast more variety

The room I stayed in smelled sour, the shampoo dispenser was on the side of the tub instead of attached to the wall like the rest of the dispensers, front desk placed me on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back. They could have simply asked me to come downstairs if they were extremely busy and I would have understood. Had to constantly ask them to restock items for the breakfast. Wanted to extend my stay but ended up going somewhere else

It was hard to like anything. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. The only towels I got was there when I got in the room. We couldn’t get anymore towels I was told they’d bring them to the room that never happened. My son went to the desk to ask about towels the morning we left they only gave him one and was told they’d didn’t have any. I was told the same thing the evening before. We couldn’t shower we left the facility without showering. Terrible Stay.

Room was extremely clean but had a bad old musty smell.

Great place to stay, me and my family had a great time staying here!
