The staff was nice and very attentive The room was super noisy on the 5th floor. There was a constant noise for about 15 minutes that was so loud it made me anxious. Lots of banging around from other rooms. The gym was horrible - one treadmill didn’t work and the water cooler looks like it hasn’t been replaced for months. It was hot, like there was no A/C. The bathroom sink had black stuff under the stopper that came out every time I brushed my teeth.

The cost and the huge cockroach we found alive in our room and how long it took someone to come up from room service after they were notified. Thankfully my daughter was able to kill it

The breakfast and location is great Everytime I stay at location, the pool is never open. That's why I booked was for the indoor pool.

I was traveling with my dog and it was so easy. A beautiful area to walk him in the shade and hang out by the lake.

All of the staff were amazing! Standouts were Anthony at the front desk during check-in and Ryan at the lounge, both were friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to assist us. Our room was exceptionally quiet, which we requested! The only draw back was the bed which we found very hard and uncomfortable.

Only 3 towels in a double room but staff provided more. Also 3 pillows for each double bed. Pillows were flat and no additional ones available. Staff was friendly. Disappointed with the pool which is inside. It was hot and had a smell.

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful location and well maintained.

Rooms were very clean upon arrival. The pond on the property gives off a warm relaxing vibe. Cleaning services to restock towels and such could have stopped by the room at least once.
