Great stay, nice rooftop bar, super location!

Location Everything. Staff was not willing to comp anything even though the hit water was shut off before my kids graduation. I know I booked a 2 bed room for my wife, my kid(who was graduating from Fort Benning) that I wanted him to sleep in a comfortable bed, and myself. I booked this way in advance and the best they could do was a roll a way bed. Again, no complimentary food or something. Messaged me at 8 am to check out on my check out day. After I didn't respond due to sleeping,. They sent housekeeping to knock on my door. When I asked them to cancel and refund my money they would not.

very clean, smelled great! very upscale style, valet parking was very very convenient! It ended at 11pm but that’s not too bad. parking garage isn’t far at all. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem. 10/10 definitely would recommend

Loved the river view.

The Location and the river view from the room. Needs soundproofing. Can hear in other rooms just by walking past the door.

Second time I’ve booked this location for my son’s weekend pass. Staff is great, nice location, great size/modern rooms.

The room had a damp mildew feel to it. AC did not work properly. Bad experience.

The staff is what makes this place a gem.

How beautiful it was! How convenient it was to where we were going! I didn’t like how the air condition keep clicking off in our room. I woke up hot the 2 nights we stayed.

The hotel is great. Great amenities and location. The staff were wonderful. Our room wasn't very clean. I could tell the carpet wasn't vacuumed before our arrival and I found dried food debris next to the bed/ nightstand.

Bathroom faucet leaked when in use. Called and was fixed immediately. Next day: came back to the room after housekeeping cleaned our room and the cold faucet was inoperable. Called and was fixed immediately. No mirror outside the bathroom WITH a light. There is one mirror by the coffee bar in the room but no lighting. Free bikes to use. Pool was nice. Rooftop is a site to see and good drinks. D&O breakfast was good.
