Suburban Studios Copley Akron West

It stated a full kitchen and not all there room are full kitchens also had a letter slide under door stating the water would be off the next day for a min of 3 hours and was told to shower the night before so we made plans to go to family the next morning

Nothing The room and building interior was dirty. We ended our stay early.

Filthy. My husband has COPD and he was having some difficulty . We checked and in the fridge around the seals were black mold!!!! No on ever at desk. Noisy, the room above us was so loud, asked front desk to girl to check….. never did check.

Very good

Our room had structural issues, cockroaches, and lack of any kitchen utensils or paper towels. When all the lights were off you could see right through the trim of our door into the hallway. We requested utensils, etc. for the kitchen and never received them. Four people were acknowledged to be staying in the room and we were only ever given two towels. When we told the front desk about the cockroaches they said they’d get someone up to spray immediately but the roaches never went away, we couldn’t tell that they even sprayed. Overall horrible stay and will not be back.

Floor needs to be cleaned better in room

Bad

Dirtiest hotel I've been in. I would of moved hotels if I could afford the price of 2 hotels!

The air conditioner panel is coming loose, and you can see outside. There are no curtains so when the sun comes up it lights up the entire room preventing you from sleeping. This hotel is dog friendly so there is constant barking in the rooms and the hallways. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the years, and they rebranded themselves a few years ago and it hasn't improved, it's actually gone downhill and that's disappointing to me because I go home often and like staying there but I may have to look at other alternatives.

Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon checkout. Our receipt after checkout shows that it was refunded but I needed to dispute the charge with my card issuer as the bank told me there was no attempt to refund. Our checkout took almost an hour due to others checking out and disputing similar issues. All visitors spoke of the uncleanliness of the property, the unattentive staff, and the unexpected charges.

Me and my family were in the room for a couple hours, and there was BEDBUGS crawling on the beds. I took a picture of it and immediately removed my kids and stuff. The property were mean asf about it, like they knew they had them and still charged over 100$ a night! This place is disgustingly dirty, there were also a bunch of insects in the lobby! DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE SLEEPING WITH BEDBUGS!!!

Exceptional

This was hands down the best rooming situation I've ever had and I booked here on accident but I will definitely be back.

Very spacious rooms. Clean rooms.

Exceptional

Not quite sure..the stay was during a less than peak time.

Very good

A crap ton of roaches I woke up with baby roaches crawling on me. The changed my room from 316 to 116 and later that night a roach came crawling out from under the microwave when I brought out lunch meat from the fridge to make a sandwich. Nope neveragain

It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio

Always a wonderful stay! Nothing
