Tru by Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North

Location was very convenient to airport.

We were both pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the price. The room was small by most standards. No closet or microwave. But for one night it’s perfect which is what we needed. The breakfast was good and even had pancake machines.

It was great having a water refill station with ample cups available. The breakfast was very basic. It would be nice if they changed it up a little everyday. Room was clean and staff were nice. Lots of convenient parking which was nice.

there was a bathroom towel with stains, but everything else was perfect !!

Nice

MR. COURTNEY WAS SUPER KIND AND SWEET. VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE US GREAT IDEAS AS FAR AS WHERE TO EAT AND GO!!

Clean and friendly

Exceptional

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their friendliness added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless. It’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. My room was not only clean but also well-appointed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in both service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and pristine place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area, hoping for a quieter experience next time. The only downside to my stay was the behavior of a family staying in several rooms near mine. They constantly moved between rooms, slamming doors all day and night, which at times interrupted my sleep. Despite the front desk staff's efforts to address the issue, the family did not respect their requests.

Location perfect for my needs Bed linens. I have stayed at these product of the Hilton brand at several locations and the only complaint is the poor quality bed linens towel are good though

Superb

I really enjoyed the spotless room, and the staff was incredibly friendly and warm. The breakfast was delicious, making it a wonderful way to start the day. I especially appreciated how cozy, bright, and inviting the lobby felt, with plenty of space to unwind and watch sports anytime, day or night.

Everything’s I liked it all

I’ll always chose this brand if available for the rest of my travels Nothing
