Great place

Location and we had a room. I did not like the staff. They had no customer service skills. It was like we were a burden to them. Parking sucked, they had limited spaces. My wife is disabled and there were not enough spaces available. The worst was that someone in a work truck was parked in the disabled spot. I told the desk and they were casual about the issue.

When we check in the clerk said that the third party booking information wasn’t transferred so had to give them my information again. The room they gave us room 120 ac was loud and sink dripped had to request a new room. Went to the swimming pool that night and there were rats in the bushes and even came in the pool area. The charges us $35 per night pet fee even though Booking.com said it would be $100 refundable deposit someone owes us $70 let’s see what happens

We had to use the plunger on the toilet almost everyday. The pool was not usable due to it being very cloudy and dirty.
